Rob’s last few years in Vegas were spent teaching and playing in cover bands. Not satisfied with that situation, he decided to leave Las Vegas. After 4 years in Boston, 13 years in New York City, 6 years in Los Angeles and 12 years in Las Vegas, Rob retired from his performing career and returned to Houma to open a music performance school. “I was calling it my retirement but I was wrong. It’s not a retirement, it’s a career change. I’ve never been busier in my life. Still, I can't think of anything else I’d rather be doing. Returning to my hometown after 35 years of being out in the world and sharing the experiences and lessons I learned is the completion of a circle. I’m back where I started, where it all began, and this is exactly where I want to be.”
